How many people can attend the tour?

The minimum amount of people for our tours is 2. There is no maximum, however, if you are a big group we might have to split you into several vehicles.

What is the minimum age?

The minimum age for our tours is 7 years.

What types of vehicles do you have?

We have a Tuk Tuk (Piaggio Ape Calessino) with 3 seats. However, we work with other vetted guides in Sintra who can provide both Piaggio Tuk Tuks, Jeeps, larger electrical Tuk Tuks, electrical replicas of antique cars and electrical buggys.

Can I choose the vehicle for my tour?

When booking for up to 3 people the default vehicle will be our 3 seater Piaggio Ape Calessino. However, if you are a bigger group and have a preference of vehicle please contact us.

Can I drive my own car to Sintra?

Yes you can drive to Sintra. However, it is easier to arrive by train or Uber as parking is not easy. Please remember that it is not allowed to drive your car up to Pena Palace and Moorish Castle.

What is the cancellation policy?

Bookings can be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour. Please be aware that all tours are subject to weather conditions.

What clothing should I wear?

Please keep in mind that Sintra has a micro climate. This means that it is always cooler than Lisbon. We reccomend to always bring a sweater or a jacket, even in summer.

How do I book?

As we are a very small business bookings can be made through whatsapp or via email here. Please state which tour you would like to book, the amount of people and the date and time. Please note that bookings are only confirmed upon recieving a confirmation email or text. If you need any help please contact us!

Does the tours include tickets to the monuments?

No, our tours do not include tickets to the monuments. We offer tours to the best viewpoints around Sintra and will explain you the history of the monuments. If you wish to visit some monuments inside as well please contact us so we can help plan your visit.

How do I pay?

We kindly ask that payments are made in cash before or after completion of the tour. This means that we are trusting you to show up to your scheduled tour and to cancel no less than 48 hours before the tour begins in case your plans change. If you wish to get a reciept after payment please let us know and we will send it to you via e-mail.
